This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs your use of the VADIRA platform and all related products, features, and services (the "Services"). It is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP at all times.
1. Purpose and Guiding Principle
1.1. VADIRA supplies software tools intended solely for lawful use. The purpose of this AUP is to define the boundaries of acceptable conduct and to make clear that the User—not VADIRA—is responsible for how the Services are used.

3. User Responsibility
3.1. You are solely and fully responsible for your Account and for all activity conducted through the Services using your credentials. You must independently ensure that your specific use is lawful in every jurisdiction that applies to you.
3.2. VADIRA provides neutral, general-purpose software. The mere availability of a feature does not constitute permission, encouragement, or endorsement to use it for any particular purpose, and does not transfer any legal responsibility from you to VADIRA.
4. Monitoring, Enforcement and Consequences
4.1. While VADIRA is a non-custodial tool and does not routinely monitor user activity, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
4.2. Where we have a reasonable belief that the Services are being used for unlawful purposes or in breach of this AUP, we may, in our sole discretion and to the extent permitted by Applicable Law: (a) issue a warning; (b) restrict, suspend, or throttle access; (c) permanently terminate the Account; and/or (d) take any other action we deem appropriate.
4.3. We may refuse service to any person to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law.
5. Reporting Abuse
5.1. If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us via Telegram.
6. No Liability for Misuse
6.1. VADIRA and Drogoz Network expressly disclaim any and all liability arising from a User's violation of this AUP or from any unlawful or improper use of the Services. Any such misuse is the exclusive responsibility of the User, and the User agrees to indemnify VADIRA in accordance with the Terms of Service.
7. Changes
7.1. We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
