This Disclaimer applies to your access to and use of the VADIRA platform and all related products, features, content, and services (the "Services"). It is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Terms of Service. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the disclaimers below.

1. "As Is" and "As Available"

1.1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. VADIRA DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

2. No Professional Advice

2.1. Nothing provided through the Services constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice. The Services are software tools only. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision involving Digital Assets.

2.2. No content on the Services is a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any Digital Asset.

3. Assumption of Risk

3.1. Digital Assets and blockchain technology involve significant risk, including extreme price volatility, total loss of value, protocol failures, network congestion, forks, and irreversible transactions. You use the Services entirely at your own risk.

3.2. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed. VADIRA cannot cancel, recall, or refund a transaction once broadcast. You are solely responsible for verifying all details—including recipient addresses, amounts, token contracts, gas price, and gas limit—before submission.

3.3. You are solely responsible for securing your keys, passwords, passphrases, and devices. Loss of these may result in the permanent and unrecoverable loss of Digital Assets. VADIRA cannot recover them.

4. Third-Party Services and Networks

4.1. The Services rely on third-party infrastructure, including blockchain networks, RPC providers, and node operators, which are outside our control. We do not warrant their availability, accuracy, reliability, or performance, and we are not responsible for any loss arising from them.

4.2. Any links to third-party websites or resources are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

5. No Liability for Misuse — Responsibility of the User

5.1. VADIRA is a neutral, general-purpose software tool. The developer, operators, owners, and Drogoz Network are not responsible for how users choose to use the Services.

5.2. If the program is used maliciously, unlawfully, or improperly, we are not responsible. The full legal responsibility and liability for any such use rests exclusively with the User who performed it. You agree that you will not hold VADIRA liable for any consequences of your own actions or those of any third party.

5.3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VADIRA and its operators, owners, developers, and affiliates (including Drogoz Network) for any claims arising from your use or misuse of the Services, in accordance with the Terms of Service.

6. Availability and Accuracy

6.1. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that information (including gas price estimates and network status) is accurate, complete, or current. Such information is provided for general guidance only.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, VADIRA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or Digital Assets, arising out of or relating to the Services. The limitations and caps set out in the Terms of Service apply to this Disclaimer.

8. Jurisdictional Note

8.1. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions and limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted by Applicable Law, and nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
